Hi, I’m from Beloeil, Quebec.

A retired Electronics Designer for Hydro-Quebec, I curl out of the Boucherville Curling Club.

Born in 1954 in Montreal, I graduated in Industrial Electronics. Subsequently I worked for Hydro-Quebec for 30 years.

I started curling in 2002 and I am now curling competitively at the Quebec Provincial Master level. I am a twelve-year participant in the annual Quebec International Bonspiel and currently serve on the bonspiel’s Advisory Committee.
I participate in the annual Riverboat Classic Bonspiel in Saint John, NB. I also play in many major curling events in Quebec like: The Charlevoix Casino Challenge, The Tournoi Invitation Senior Michel Morisset and The Defi Maître Master Challenge. I also play in more locals recreational bonspiel.

As a member of Hydro-Quebec Curling Tournament organizing Committee I was involved in the 2011 edition of the bonspiel. As a passionate curler, I volunteer as much as I can and was involved in many major curling events like: The 2014 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the 2012 Canadian Masters Curling Championship, 2014, 2015 and 2017 Canadian Wheelchair Curling Championship. I also volunteer in Boucherville Curling Club Tournament and many other Boucherville Club activities including the annual Golf tournament.

I had the privilege to play against the Scots during the 2013 Strathcona Cup Tour visit to Quebec City.

I love traveling and so in company of friends I travel and cheer in support of our Canadian Curling Champions at the World Curling Championships in such places as Victoria, Saint John, Halifax, and Basel Switzerland. I have made many friends from across Canada and Scotland at these events. I am already planning our next trip to attend the 2020 World Curling Championship in Glasgow, Scotland.

Aside from curling I enjoy, in company of my wife, visiting our beautiful country with our RV. I also, as a hobby, continue designing electronic devices like automatic laser timer for curling training.
